CLASS SCHEDULE

Aim for 2–3 HYROX sessions each week for race-specific conditioning, 2–3 strength sessions to build a solid foundation, and 1–2 high-intensity conditioning classes to sharpen output. Prioritize regular mobility work to stay resilient, and use open gym time to round out your training.

One-on-one personal training at KONG is focused, intentional, and built around you. This is where training gets specific: your goals, your movement patterns, your strengths, and the areas that need work.

Sessions are coach-led and performance-driven, combining strength, conditioning, mobility, and skill development based on what will move the needle for you. Whether you’re building strength, training for an event, returning from injury, or refining technique, every session has a purpose.

These aren’t random workouts or babysitting reps. It’s thoughtful programming, honest coaching, and real accountability. You’ll train hard, move better, and gain confidence in what your body can do.

Tried the open gym today and it was SICK! The owner was so welcoming and kind! The gym is perfect, it has all the equipments you can think of from different cardio machines to weight lifting ones! and it’s somehow an open space with a forest/trees view.

Stunning space, welcoming and friendly owners and top coaches - Darius is amazing, really passionate about what he does and brings a great vibe and programming to every session! Top team. Electrolyte drinks are brought to everyone at the end of a hard session which is a really nice touch.
